Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Volara Connect ("Connect"), operated by Volara Agency LLC ("Volara"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Connect for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep your sign in details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you and your team put into Connect. You give Volara permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Connect to break the law, send spam, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not try to access another client's workspace or disrupt the service.
• Review what the AI assistant produces before you rely on it or send it to others.

Connected services

When you connect a third party account such as Google, your use of that service is also governed by its terms. How Connect handles that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service and changes

We work to keep Connect available and secure, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or improve features over time. Client agreements with Volara control fees and scope where they differ from these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Volara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for Connect in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You may stop using Connect at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Data deletion after an account ends is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
